Which plan is best for me?

If you're just starting out or creating a prototype that you'll send to friends, family and potential users - the Individual plan should do you just fine.

If you're getting a few hundred daily active users and expect a few hundred reports a month, or you want a couple of channels and seats for the report viewer - the Business plan might be better suited.

If you need SLAs for uptime and special assurances for your business, the Enterprise plan is likely for you. Get in touch if you need more details.

How can I cancel?

You can cancel at any point by logging into your dashboard and visiting your account settings. You'll see a big red button to cancel your subscription. It's red because we'll be sad to see you go.

What if I'm unhappy with the results?

If you're unhappy with the results, then we'd like to hear why. We'll ask you if there's anything you need and work with you to build a better solution. Your business and your relationship to your customers is important to us.
